Carrie Prejean Settlement

November 12. 2009

Carrie Prejean

Two months ago, Carrie Prejean, the former Miss California, sued the pageant for removing her, due to her pro-heterosexual marriage stance. Recently, they obtained a settlement, where she dropped a case she brought against them, regarding the aforementioned removal, in exchange for paying her legal and publicist fees, but giving her no money in damages. How did they achieve this you ask? The dirty way.

Hollywood gays have been on a sick crusade against Prejean, contacting everyone she's ever known, via unscrupulous private detectives, looking for any and all dirt on her. They offered incentives to a former boyfriend, who gave them a nude tape she made of herself as a teenager. This is the leverage they used in the case - to reach a settlement - blackmail and extortion. How disgusting. Hollywood's conduct in this matter does not incline the public to support the gay community.

Can you imagine, you are in a legal case and someone reprehensibly and unethically says they've got a private nude tape you made of yourself years ago as a teenager and if you don't drop the legal action, they will release it to the public. The lawyers who used that defense should have been disbarred.

They seem to be snidely implying, the tape she made years ago, somehow disqualifies her from being a Christian today. If a porn star in Hollywood prayed to God today, seeking forgiveness for their past, God would welcome them with open arms, with the stipulation that they change their ways. The Lord stated in the Bible, "Any person that comes to Me, I will never turn away" meaning you aren't so terrible that God can't save your soul. Christians are not born perfect. Through faith in the Lord and changing our ways, we become better people.

Carrie Prejean Sex Tape: Video "Biggest Mistake of My Life" Says Ex-Miss California USA

November 10, 2009 10:55 AM - NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Dethroned beauty queen Carrie Prejean calls an X-rated sex video of herself "the biggest mistake of my life." Prejean, the former Miss California USA, says she made the sex flick of herself alone when she was 17, for an ex-boyfriend...“All I know is there is a campaign against me trying to silence me,” Prejean said. “They tried to embarrass me. They tried to humiliate me. They tried to attack me. And I’m still standing.”

The X-rated video's existence was revealed during a negotiating session with pageant officials. The two sides had come together over a lawsuit Prejean filed against the Miss California organization for stripping her of her crown earlier this year. Prejean settled her suit with the pageant after knowledge of the nude film's existence was put forth, and was reportedly paid $100,000 to go toward her legal fees, according to NBC...
