Chris Brown Denies Raping Woman In Paris And Is Released Pending Investigation

Yesterday, singer Chris Brown was arrested on rape and drug charges in Paris, France. It marked the third time a rape allegation was attached to Brown's name, largely due to the people in his circle (see "related articles" below). Based on reports online, Brown met a 24-year-old woman at a night club and invited her back to his hotel suite with twenty other people.

People online state the woman is a model and her name is Karima. However, this information has not been confirmed by authorities. Brown's accuser immediately did a paid interview with Closer magazine, where she accused him of pulling her into a dressing room, then waging a "brutal and violent" rape that lasted "25-30 minutes." She stated that after Brown raped her, he allowed his bodyguard and a friend to do the same. As a result of the allegations, all three men were arrested on rape and drug charges.

Brown's girlfriend, Ammika Harris, who looks a lot like his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, has been present with him the whole time in Paris, where they attended fashion week and he shot a music video. Drugs were also found in Brown's hotel room. Reports indicate it was marijuana and cocaine. However, Brown is denying the cocaine belongs to him. After his arrest, Brown was later released that day while the police continue to investigate the case. He is not out of the woods at this time.

Brown's lawyer in France, Raphael Chiche, made a statement on the case, revealing the singer has been released. He stated of Brown, "He says he had no sexual relations of any sort with the complainant." His lawyer confirmed that Brown intends to pursue a defamation lawsuit against his accuser, "Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris."

Brown took to Instagram and crudely stated, "This b***h lyin. I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR.......THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! For my daughter and my family this is so disrespectful and is against my character and morals."
