The coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) has decimated countless small businesses in America that could have been saved had stimulus funds been better regulated. Small businesses are important to the U.S. economy, as their culminative effect adds up to many jobs and billions in yearly taxable revenues.

Congress needed better controls over how they disbursed the stimulus funds to small businesses. The first stimulus package administered months ago, truly was meant to help small businesses, but large corporations cut ahead of them in the line at the bank and cleaned out much of the funds. That was so wrong. It harmed many small businesses almost as much as the virus.

America has experienced a whopping 14,772,535 coronavirus cases and 285,550 deaths and counting. New records are constantly being set regarding infection and death rates in America, more than any other nation (which is alarming as America is not the most populous country in the world).
