One of my credible sources has informed me that football star Cristiano Ronaldo is distraught and “he’s crying” to people over rape allegations that have hit him again. Ronaldo is terrified that in the era of the "Me Too" movement he could end up publicly arrested and placed on trial like fellow Kabbalah/Illuminati member, Harvey Weinstein, or imprisoned like legendary Hollywood actor Bill Cosby. Ronaldo, who is currently based in Italy for football, with homes in Spain and Portugal, fears extradition to and prosecution in America, where the alleged rape occurred.

The first rape case against Ronaldo in 2005 was more localized to Britain, while he played for football team Manchester United. However, the second case, which is alleged to have occurred in 2009 and is gaining widespread publicity now due to a recent Der Spiegel article exposé, which violated a confidentiality agreement attached to a settlement he signed with his accuser, Kathryn Mayogra, has become a major news story around the world. Police in London were not able to obtain sufficient evidence to back a rape prosecution in the 2005 case. Therefore, it went no further than a complaint to police. However, the current case is being investigated and contains a rape kit.

Fans and foes are arguing over the story that has spread like fire in the age of social networking. Ronaldo is accused of raping Mayogra in Las Vegas, after dancing with her at the night club she worked in at the time. The two went up to his hotel suite with others for a party that progressed to the hot tub. However, Mayogra accused Ronaldo of raping her in the bathroom while she changed her clothes.

Right after the alleged incident, Mayogra went to police, then filed a civil suit against Ronaldo. The deposition emanating from the civil suit revealed Ronaldo admitted she told him to stop several times, but he anally raped her anyway because "she didn't scream." If someone tells you "no" or to "stop" and you refuse to stop engaging in sexual activity regarding them, under the law that is considered rape.

Ronaldo is denying the rape allegations. He stated the sex was consensual. However, the deposition floating around online is working against him. Las Vegas police have reopened the case. Previously, Mayogra stated they were not "cooperative" in 2009 and she did not provide the police with the name of the suspect.

In the mean time he has been removed from the Portuguese national football team and sponsors have been removing Ronaldo’s image from their products and websites. This is something he has never experienced before and he is devastated. Some football fans do believe the allegations against Ronaldo, as made evident by their posts on social networking. However, some football fans still support him, refusing to believe the allegations. A proper police investigation is warranted to ascertain the full facts of this case. Mayogra’s lawyers are also asking the French-Moroccan woman from the alleged rape that occurred in London in 2005, to come forward. Her name was never made public.

Some have implied on social networking that Mayogra is lying about the rape because she danced with him at the night club. Just because a woman dances with you does not mean she wants to have sex with you. Many women dance with men they have no intention of having sex with after that. Sometimes a woman is getting to know the man and they go out on dates to a movie or go dancing. It does not mean she wants sex. She's trying to get to know you to see if you are the one.

Another matter this case has also brought back to the forefront is women going to men's hotel rooms. Women need to understand that if you go to a man's hotel room they automatically interpret it as you wanting to have sex with them. While some men will hear no in that hotel room and back off. Some won't and will rape you. Women need to understand that. Women need to avoid such situations in not placing themselves in harm's way. The rape would not be your fault, as you said no, but avoid such situations to spare yourselves the potential trauma.
