FBI Agent Shot...Again

An unnamed FBI Agent has been shot again and reportedly by another agent...once again. This is the third publicized case of an agent getting injured or killed by a coworker's bullet in the last couple years.

The FBI needs to review its safety procedures, as they should not be shooting each other by accident. It lends a certain impression.

It's one thing to get shot by a suspect, but it gives the appearance that something is amiss, that they keep shooting each other. Certainly there is a better way to approach safety in the field.
