FBI Caught Criminally Spying On Americans Without A Warrant Again Whom They Have Labeled Racial Terrorists For Being In Black Lives Matter, MAGA Or Antifa

I've broken a number of stories on the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), particularly their illegal spying, as seen in the Patriot Act abuses, among others I wrote of on my sites. Some of the stories I broke went mainstream and ended up in Congress.

Well, the FBI is in trouble again for more illegal spying. The FBI has been criminally spying on American activists and protestors, labeling them "racial terrorists" in order to illegally spy on a number of people in violation of the Constitution and U.S. Code.

These people are black, white and brown. They are not terrorists. They are simply outspoken. However, to illegally spy on them, the FBI has labeled them "domestic terrorists" and “racially motivated violent extremists."

Some are black and brown people in Black Lives Matter. Some are white people on the far right in MAGA. Some are white people on the far left in Antifa. Either way, as I have warned on this site for over a decade, the FBI hates outspoken people, who demand social change or justice. They see such people as targets to be "neutralized" as the disgraceful FBI and CIA intelligence term goes.

Previously, I warned on this site that Black Lives Matter needs to be careful, as the FBI has been illegally spying on them. Then my story was revealed to be true (FBI Has Been Spying On Black Lives Matter As I Previously Stated Online).

I'm greatly in favor of racial equality and reparation for black-Americans. However, having seen the FBI's criminal behavior behind the scenes in relation to Hollywood, I realized the agency is completely corrupt, invasive and deadly in their behavior towards minorities.

Since the time of the warnings I issued on this site, five Black Lives Matter leaders have died in suspicious incidents that warranted the NAACP to publicly request investigations into their deaths.

As I've stated on this site previously (and in a letter to Congress for which I received responses), the FBI never dismantled its notorious COINTELPRO program, which terrorized great men such as the late Martin Luther King. Former government employees have acknowledged that King was killed in an act of commissioned murder, ordered by former FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover.

This year it was confirmed Hoover also had Malcolm X murdered (Letter From Police Officer Reveals The FBI Killed Malcolm X). He is also behind the murder of Medgar Evers and Fred Hampton, among others.

History has begun correcting itself. Hoover's name is in such disrepute now, legislators are trying to have his name removed from the FBI building, as it is a mark of disgrace. It is only the beginning. The FBI has worn out their welcome in the world. The tide is turning against them over criminal conduct they have been engaging in, not only in America but the world. The FBI will be its own undoing.

Secret Court Reveals: FBI Hunted for Domestic Terrorists Without a Warrant

9 hrs ago - The FBI, without any court order, sifted through the National Security Agency’s massive troves of foreign communications for information on American “racially motivated violent extremists,” a newly declassified order from the secret surveillance court details.

Even though the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance (FISA) Court warned the FBI in 2018 that its warrant-free queries, known as backdoor searches, were constitutionally alarming, the bureau still conducted queries relevant to criminal investigations about, among other things “domestic terrorism involving racially motivated violent extremists.” The court’s Judge James E. Boasberg found what he referred to as “apparent widespread violations of the querying standard.”

That’s the euphemistic term the bureau tends to use to denote white supremacist violence. On one occasion, an FBI analyst ran a multi-search-term “batch query” on Americans “in connection with predicated criminal investigations relating to domestic terrorism” that returned 33 foreign-surveillance results.

And not only domestic terror. The FISA Court recounts government acknowledgement that at least 40 FBI searches through the NSA’s warrantlessly-collected data involved “health care fraud, transnational organized crime, violent gangs” and “public corruption and bribery.”

On at least one occasion, around May 2020, an FBI analyst looked through the foreign NSA troves “to vet [a] potential source in [a] predicated criminal investigation relating to public corruption.” Seven FBI field offices were implicated in “these and a number of similar violations,” according to a November 18, 2020 FISA Court opinion declassified on Monday and signed by Boasberg.

In other words, the FBI continues to perform warrantless searches through the NSA’s most sensitive databases—the ones the NSA is not required to get warrants before filling with communications information—for routine criminal investigations that are supposed to require warrants.

Doing so potentially jeopardizes an accused person’s ability to have a fair trial, since warrantlessly-acquired information is supposed to be inadmissible. The FBI claimed to the court that none of the warrantlessly queried material “was used in a criminal or civil proceeding,” but such usage at trial has happened before...
