A Florida high school is facing heavy criticism for
Photoshopping the photos of female students in the
annual yearbook, which they deemed too revealing.
Bartram Trail High School in St. Augustine, Florida
did not like some of the photos their female
students sat for to go into the yearbook.
Faculty decided to have some of the photos cropped
and blacked out for showing too much cleavage.
Students were stunned when they opened the yearbook
and saw the digitally altered photos. One of the
student's whose cleavage was Photoshopped is
14-years-old. Due to the complaints the school has
been issuing refunds but the yearbook must be
returned to receive the money.
The school stated in its defense that a disclaimer
was included in the yearbook, "All images in ads and
all individual student pictures must be consistent
with the St. Johns County School District Student
Code of Conduct or may be digitally adjusted."

"There's a black box over my chest
and the cardigan on the side like moved over and it
looks really awkward and I was very confused," a
