It was clear that Comey did not respect or regard Lynch, when in 2016 he arranged a press conference to announce Hillary Clinton would not be criminally charged, though she broke the law in improperly and negligently handling classified materials, which enabled America's rivals in the Communist bloc, to hack and copy classified, sensitive national secrets.

Once again, the FBI is engaging in semantics in attempts to justify the unjustifiable. It is a crime to spy on the Attorney General of the United States. Comey's conduct was not warranted nor did he receive court approval to engage in this covert spying. Comey had no probable cause. He broke the law. The FBI are of the belief they are above the law.
