Hillary Clinton Still In Denial

May 19. 2008

While the other two nominees are focusing on each other in the race for the U.S. presidency, Hillary Clinton is still in denial and slowing down the race.

I can't fathom how it could be a good thing for the Democrats that the Republicans established a nominee, what feels like ages ago, while their race continues, exasperating the public.

Public feedback on many popular sites indicates that many are fed up with Clinton not conceding, when the math says she has an insurmountable 200 point deficit. There aren't enough delegates left for her to win and this is the established criteria to gain the nomination. Rhetorically, what is she really doing and what will be the long term cost.

Once again, she looks defeated and like she's been crying:

Clinton: 'Think about this as a hiring decision'

According to CNN's latest count, Obama leads Clinton in total delegates 1,904 to 1,717. A candidate needs 2,025 to clinch the Democratic nomination.
