Paul Pelosi, 82, the husband of U.S. House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, was arrested for drunk driving in Napa Valley (California) after a car crash. Pelosi's blood alcohol level was over the legal limit, as such he was taken into custody. Pelosi's bail was set at $5,000.

Pelosi has refused to comment on her husband's arrest. The couple own a vineyard that produces wine and they clearly love to sample their product (a bit too much). Pelosi and her husband have become wealthy from years of unlawful insider trading in Congress, which would have gotten the average American locked away for breaking the law.

A booking report shows Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT Saturday, booked at 4 a.m. Sunday and charged with misdemeanors for allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher. Bail was set at $5,000.
