One would think in 2009, housing discrimination, a violation of the U.S. Civil Rights Act, was a thing of the past, but apparently not, as it happened to me this month. One tends to associate that type of conduct, with what transpired six decades ago, spawning the civil rights movement.

As mention previously, in regard to the Madonna human rights and copyrights case, I have been subjected to severe human rights abuses, whilst living in Miami, orchestrated by the nasty, so-called singer, who previously targeted another immigrant family in the city as well (DeCastro v. Madonna).

Some background on the case, for those of you that do not know about it: Madonna has stolen preexisting copyrights belonging to me, apart of my Copyrighted Catalog of works, as she has done to dozens of other artists from the very beginning of her fake career, from her very first single to her last flopped album in 2007.

She has gone as far as to paying the hosting company for her website Madonna.com, named Digilink, to hack into my computers on a daily basis, searching for newer copyrights, international case documents against her and also copying my business and personal emails and articles I have written six days a week, to be posted on the websites, before they are published.

She’s even gone so far as to put her producers and labelmates up to contacting me, such as Timbaland, Jellybean Benetez and P. Diddy, among others, when I think she's disgusting and a psychopath. She also tried the same rubbish through affiliate Sony, who distributed her infringing Hard Candy album on their Ericson cell phones, with both sharing the same lawyer, Robert Jacobs. Sony, contacted me via email and invited me to their offices, before they began criminally violating my copyrights, they gained illegal access to through Madonna.

During the course of this case, she’s had a private investigator following me around everyday! My phone line has been illegally wiretapped, a common Hollywood practice, which I went to the Miami FBI about, after sending the head of the agency in Washington, Robert S. Mueller, a formal, written complaint regarding it.

The complaint to Mueller also detailed the criminal hacking and harassment, Madonna has been paying for, in addition to the main issue of the criminal copyright infringement, she has been engaging in at my expense, which is a violation of federal and international law.

Echoing conduct Madonna’s private investigator Anthony Pellicano did to others (including hacking and illegal wiretapping) also hiring thugs to do the same, my home has been broken into several times, with copies of CD-Roms containing copyrights and case files stolen (I have back-ups). Madonna has been busy criminally using and selling off items from those CD-Roms as well to cronies in Hollywood, in violation of the law.

However, not content with her devilish, unprovoked nastiness, the African baby stealer, Madonna, has been extending her insanity and ill will to my home life.

HOUSING DISCRIMINATION

During the course of this case, for the first time in my life, I’ve had to move 4 TIMES IN 3 YEARS, as real estate loans and deals I have undertaken, were mysteriously corrupted by a nefarious, nosy third party, with each incident bearing the same pattern of mischief as the last. This is a vile, known Hollywood practice done by celebrity cults such as Kabbalah and Scientology, against people miscreants in tinseltown wish to destroy and in criminal violation of the Constitution, might I add.

As mentioned previously, Madonna put a crooked law firm, Marshall C. Watson, up to trying to steal my home, then when I did finally sell it quickly to get away from that fraudulent situation they created, in criminal violation of the law, they stalked me, as she has been doing, through a private investigator and served me foreclosure papers on a second home, a house belonging to a famous South Florida newscaster, a property I only leased and did not even own.

The minute I expressed interest in buying said home from said millionaire newscaster, who had purchased it as an investment property, Madonna got the law firm of Marshall C. Watson, the same one that tried to steal my previous home I did actually own, much in the sick way she has been stealing my copyrights, to illegally put the famous newscaster’s home in foreclosure, when the MORTGAGE WAS PAID AND UP TO DATE.

I have since tried to do a lease with an option to buy, investing money in another home, but once again, something weird happened, that I shall write about in a future article.

This month, my mother and I found another home we expressed interest in and once again, something weird happened. It was flat out housing discrimination.

Seeking to lease another home to get away from the aforementioned housing situation that once again has been corrupted by outside forces, we viewed a property with a realtor. At first, the owner of the property, who we had not met, said yes to us leasing the home and we placed a substantial deposit on it, paid the necessary accompanying fees and signed a tentative contract, sent via fax, then back by mail, using our realtor to do the paperwork.

Out of nowhere, something changed on their end. It’s like someone, once again, went behind our backs, criminally running interference. The property owner started making excuses, making up stories, requesting our IDs, which we provided copies of and made a series of astonishing, defamatory accusations, though I passed the background check, as I have no criminal history. They zoomed in on me in particular, making all sorts of outlandish, out of place claims they could not prove, as they were not true. My mom said she felt as though we were being treated like criminals, though we are not and have no criminal history. We acted in good faith, but they acted in very bad faith.

Here’s the real kicker. At first I didn’t pay attention to the name of the owner of the house, who was represented by Rickenback Associates in Miami, then it hit me. The name of the owner of the house is Richard Acosta.

The name of the Miami U.S. attorney over the FBI, that Miami FBI agent Catherine Koontz, who interviewed me regarding the Madonna case, said would be the one to decide whether criminal charges are pressed against Madonna for all the crimes she has committed in my case, after the FBI finished their investigation and turned it over to the U.S. Attorney’s office, is R. Acosta.

The name of the Miami U.S. attorney is R. Acosta and the owner of the house in Miami is named Richard Acosta. While, I do not think it is him, I think it is one of his relatives. They both have the same last name and the same first initial.

While, we're on the subject of U.S. attorney R. Acosta, who ironically was a civil rights lawyer and has been reading the articles on this website, fully apprized of the case by the FBI - is this your idea of upholding the U.S. Constitution - letting criminal stars run loose and disgrace all America stands for in the world, by openly abusing immigrants in criminal violation of the law.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life and it is beyond sick and disgusting. The bizarre way the entire housing situation unfolded raised eyebrows among family and friends, with one even stating we should sue. I was fleeced, defamed and treated like a criminal in seeking housing, though I have no criminal record.

Even during the course of writing this article and researching housing discrimination laws in America online, Madonna’s hacker from Digilink kept moving the browser’s back button and freezing the page in trying to shut it down, to bar me from reading the page and citing it on this website.

This harassment, fleecing and criminal interference in my business and home life constitutes a massive string of serious felonies that are an embarrassment to all the U.S. government states it stands for in the world. She should have been restrained by law. That's your job! How does it look in the world that she is constantly commissioning serious crimes against an innocent, defenseless, unarmed person, minding their own business.

We’ve had to move 4 TIMES IN 3 YEARS, which is ridiculous and vile, due to criminal and financial FRAUD transpiring against us, that Madonna sponsored, in criminal violation of U.S. law (Civil Rights Act, Copyright Act, Mortgage Act, Fair Housing Act) the Constitution and international law.

Madonna’s dirty conduct has thoroughly disgraced the FBI in the world, as so many people have read about it, write to me about it and have asked me in person, how something like this could transpire in America. The same way the Madoff and Stanford cases happened, through bribery and corruption.

Regardless of all that despicable conduct, in willfully and repeatedly trying to deny a black immigrant housing in America, in criminal conduct Madonna has orchestrated, in violation of the Civil Rights Act, because in her nasty, criminal mind, this is her country and I as a law abiding, citizenship holding, immigrant of 25 years, have no rights.

What is her excuse for she and her associates in Hollywood being in criminal possession of my copyrights, that I own and authored, which they have been illegally using items from, for undue financial enrichment, in criminal violation of U.S. and international law. That is my property, you nasty old animal. It is not your property, you scummy old thief. You like to act like you are better than others, when you are the least intelligent and least attractive member of Hollywood, not to mention, too stupid to write your own material, so you've resorted to criminally robbing a black immigrant, in your attempts at heinously bringing slavery back.

Stop disgracing your family by behaving like you’re the godfather, sending people to harass and attack innocent people in broad daylight, you've been stealing copyrights from. We do have photographic evidence of incidents of Kabbalah red string wearing loons, from the North Miami branch of your sick cult, that you sent to come up to me in public and criminally harass me, in front of witnesses. It's amazing how they consistently know where I will be, Anthony Pellicano style.

It’s not a good look and the reason your music career is gone and you can’t sell albums anymore. Your last album didn't even touch platinum and is struggling to go gold, after one year of domestic release. No one wants to support someone doing such wicked things to an innocent family. You’re an absolute nuisance and a menace. You need to buzz off, already!

Millions of people all over the world read and heard about this case on this site, in the news, on radio and on blogs. Yet, in your state of pop star delusion, you somehow believe no one knows or can see you commissioning all these vile, illegal things at my expense.

For every time anything happens in this case, I’m going to write about it to show the world what kind of animal you are and you will lose more sales. It will not remain hidden and I will not keep silent, you cowardly old beast.

Immigrants Face Discrimination, Abusive Fair Housing Policy In Nebraska

Brentin Mock | Mon, May 5th, 2008 - The Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission recently brought to Attorney General Jon Bruning’s office a case involving Hispanic tenants who were asked for driver’s licenses when non-Hispanic tenants weren’t asked for the same. The tenants’ seemed to have a legitimate grievance based off the Fair Housing Act’s prohibitions against discrimination on the basis of national origin. But Bruning resentfully declined the case saying, “I’m not going to use taxpayer dollars to file lawsuits for illegal aliens.”

Meanwhile, the original sin – a landlord requesting ID on a discriminatory basis – was buried.

Bruning’s refusal to take up Hispanic tenants’ housing complaints has already cost the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission a threatened loss of funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Lawyers from both fair housing and immigrant advocacy groups are considering suing Bruning for abusing fair housing policy. Immigration cases have historically been the sole domain of federal government, but lately some federal courts have been affording state governments their own sway over immigration control.
