The attempts to strike a plea deal on tax evasion and gun charges regarding the criminal conduct of President Biden's lawbreaking son, Hunter Biden, have fallen apart. As such, Hunter has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges. It was reported Hunter was set to plead guilty to the charges, but the deal was placed on hold.

Hunter is being given preferential treatment that the average American would not receive under the circumstances. This is a part of the reason he is constantly so arrogant and destructive. Hunter has never been made to face the consequences for any of his criminal actions.

As it stands evidence leaked from Hunter's laptop reveal tax evasion, money laundering, bribe soliciting and taking, human trafficking, pedophilia/indecent images, illegal weapons, soliciting and paying prostitutes for sex, drug trafficking, drug use, words indicating murder, speeding, reckless driving and endangerment. If police can use Instagram photos to convict criminals of unlawful behavior, via photos they posted and statements uttered, prosecutors should be able to use the contents of Hunter's laptop to lock him up.

The man is an outright criminal. Hunter is spoiled, entitled, racist, sexist, xenophobic and extremely cocky. These are not admirable traits. I've never seen anyone with so much access to privilege mess it up so badly, throwing away all his opportunities and embarrassing everyone connected to him.

If arrested and charged, with the law evenly applied, Hunter would never see freedom again. However, as he is the son of the President of the United States, extraordinary, inappropriate and corrupt concessions are being made, for a man from a family that is disgracing the U.S. government to the watching the world.

Hunter has disrespected the White House and America by default by doing cocaine in the residence and bringing prostitutes there as well. Never has a trashy family occupied the White House. They've all had their problems, but none were outwardly and publicly trashy. They are an embarrassment. Vote Biden out or impeach him under the 25th Amendment for severe cognitive impairment and heinous levels of corruption, as this saga is only going to get worse if Congress fails to do so.

July 26, 2023, 5:00 AM EDT / Updated July 26, 2023, 2:58 PM EDT - WILMINGTON, Del. — Hunter Biden pleaded not guilty to federal tax charges Wednesday after a plea deal he struck with the government unraveled when the judge raised questions about the terms of the agreement.

The surprise development came at a hearing in federal court here at which Biden had been expected to plead guilty to two charges of failure to pay taxes under a deal he struck with the government last month. Far from signing off on a done deal, he pleaded "not guilty" to those charges instead until the two sides can meet and address the questions posed by U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika.

At times, Noreika appeared almost upset that she believed she was being asked to act as a "rubber stamp" for the deal. The parties will reconvene later to hammer out the terms and provide Noreika more information, which could be within the next six weeks. "Without me saying I'll agree to the plea agreement, how do you plead?" Noreika asked Biden. "Not guilty, your honor," he responded...
