Jokes going around the internet have U.S. President, Barack Obama, as the culprit behind the arrest of reality TV star, Snooki, from the show "Jersey Shore." People are teasing that Obama had Snooki arrested for alleged disorderly conduct, after she criticized his tanning tax. 

Either way, knowing MTV, they were glad about the arrest, as they believe drama translates into better ratings. It is the same view record labels have about their artists getting arrested - they believe it will equal sales increases. While we're on the subject, do you think if Obama got arrested, his plummeting poll numbers would go up (kidding).
