A very pregnant Angelina Jolie was photographed topless, by a paparazzo using telephoto lens, as she sunbathed on a balcony at the private estate of mogul Paul Allen.

The shot was taken from quite a distance and some are questioning whether or not this incident was invasion of privacy. I think it constitutes that.

Similarly, a couple years ago, actress Jennifer Aniston, was photographed topless, in the same manner and sued the paparazzi who took the photos using a telephoto lens and trespassing on her property in Hollywood.
