Former, Playboy model and sports blogger, Jenn Sterger, keeps dodging the NFL, over claims she made online, regarding Minnesota Vikings football player, Brett Favre, sexually harassing her two years ago. She stated the married football player sent her voice messages requesting to meet and penis photos, the latter he denies sending. 

Each week, Sterger pushes back the date and does not meet with the league, on allegations that have created quite a scandal and distraction. It's strange that she has been given a forum to constructively address and discuss the alleged sexual harassment, yet she keeps refuses to meet with the NFL. It sends the message she is not being truthful or hiding something.

The item the Judiciary Report finds unsettling is at the time Jenn Sterger went public with the allegations against Favre, she leaked the story and penis photos to the raunchy website, DeadSpin, but the accompanying articles indicated she found the entire episode funny and amusing. How did it go from derisive-laughter-to-deeply-wounded-and-in-need-of-a-lawyer overnight. It didn't have anything to do with her low television ratings on her now cancelled local show, did it?
