Judge Upholds Case Against Roman Polanski

May 7. 2009

Roman Polanski

A Los Angeles judge has upheld the case against Roman Polanski, for having sex with a minor, therefore it cannot be dismissed under U.S. law.

I am in agreement that the case should stand. Polanski’s actions towards the 13-year-old girl he had sex with, is illegal and morally wrong. You need to ask God for forgiveness.

A Los Angeles judge has formally rejected an attempt by fugitive film director Roman Polanski to have a 1978 sex case against him dismissed because of misconduct by prosecutors.
