Justin Bieber on the set of PSA in Atlanta, Georgia 17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, is putting his fame to good use, by doing a commercial, warning people against texting and driving, as it can turn fatal. A number of teens and adults have died while texting and driving, which is regrettable and can be prevented. Justin Bieber and family of the late Alex Brown Bieber has partnered with the company, PhoneGuard, to film a public service ad (PSA) in Georgia, the singer's U.S. base, which will hopefully save some lives.
