A survey found former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin was voted the best neighbor. Another thing the list revealed – Kabbalah cult members were voted the worst neighbors.

Kabbalah member Britney Spears was voted worst neighbor, fellow cult devotee Rosie O’Donnell came in at number two and Lindsay Lohan was number four.
