Infringement Case For Stealing Christian Rap Song 'Joyful Noise' For
Illegal Use In Her Rip Off Track 'Dark Horse'

Devil worshipping self-styled “Illuminati” pop
singer, Katy Perry, was sued in federal court for copyright
infringement, in reference to her stealing the 2008 Grammy nominated
Christian song “Joyful Noise” by solo recording artists Flame and
Lecrae, for use on her subsequent 2013 track “Dark Horse.”
Flame sued Perry for copyright infringement and
this week he won the case. 9-jurors ruled in Flame’s favor stating
Perry did indeed steal his song. Perry’s rip off was produced by
vile, abusive misogynist Dr. Luke, whose rubbish excuse for the
theft is he does not listen to Christian music. However, he is a
liar and so is Perry.
First of all, Perry used to be a Christian singer
until she sold her soul to the devil and joined Madonna’s
“Illuminati” cult. Prior to the events of the aforementioned
lawsuit, I did author articles on this site revealing Madonna, in
tandem with Perry, among others stole items from my
Copyrighted Catalog
of works, meant to be wholesome family entertainment, as I am a
Christian.
In January 2019 I sent a letter to Congress about the
matter, with a link referencing Perry, among others, as individuals
Madonna illegally spread my copyrights to, and they knowingly
received stolen goods, which is a crime.

Madonna, who is a devil worshipper based on things
she has said and written, in addition to using satanic imagery
associated with the cult in her photos and videos, is known for
targeting the church with evil conduct. Madonna and members of her
cult constantly engage in sacrilegious behavior and it has brought
nothing but spiritual trouble and public disfavor on them.
Perry began following in Madonna’s footsteps, via
using demonic imagery in her stage shows, photos and music videos.
In another act of targeting the church and religion, Perry even
forced out a group of nuns from a house, in a dirty real estate
deal, that caused one of the sisters to have a heart attack and die.
What kind of scum does something like that to a nun. Perry is evil.
Just months ago, I wrote a letter to Congress
about the corruption in copyright cases in America, as they are
almost always quickly thrown out by judges, who have been given
stock in music and film companies, as unlawful incentive to rule in
favor of lawbreaking defendants. I cited proof of such misconduct,
which is also easy to obtain via court records.
For example, in the case I brought against
Madonna, Miami Judge Cecilia Altonaga did not recuse herself in
violation of court rules and hid the fact her husband worked for the
defendants and her daughter was given stock in the company. It was a
complete conflict of interest but she stayed on the case for months
and completely messed it up in the thieving criminals’ favor.
Flame and Lecrae
I also cited cases of corruption such as George
Clooney convincingly being sued over stealing “Syriana” and winning
an Academy Award for his lawless conduct. Clooney stole it from an
author with extensive experience in Middle East matters. Meanwhile,
Clooney has no such credentials, yet overnight for a film claimed to
be one in an act of copyright infringement, where he took credit,
payment and awards for someone else’s hard work. It was a
miscarriage of justice.
Therefore, it is refreshing to see a judge actual
let a copyright case go to trial and Perry being made to answer for
her criminal conduct, as copyright infringement is a crime. People
who engage in copyright infringement have unlawfully enriched
themselves to the tune of millions, while depriving the real writers
of payment and credit for their work.
Perry, among others in Hollywood, constantly steal
other people’s copyrights. For instance, Perry has also stolen music
from hit bands the Beach Boys and Survivor. Even her stage name is
stolen. Previously I wrote about a lawsuit where Perry sued a woman
in Australia whose actual name is Katy Perry, stating she had no
right to use her real name in commerce (a store).
Meanwhile Katy
Perry isn’t even the singer’s real name - it’s Katheryn Hudson - yet
she sued the woman over the name she was given at birth. This is the
kind of arrogance and greed people are being confronted with
regarding these loathsome, immoral, thieving, insane Hollywood
cultists who are destined for indictment.

Christian rap song, court finds
5 hours ago - A jury has ruled that Katy Perry’s
track “Dark Horse” copied a Christian rap song. The pop singer was
sued five years ago by Marcus Gray – professionally known as Flame –
and two co-writers who claimed her 2013 hit was stolen from his and
Lecrae’s song “Joyful Noise”, which was released in 2008.
After a week long trial, nine jurors determined
that the track directly copied the underlying beat of Gray’s rap
song despite both Perry and producer Dr Luke insisting they’d never
heard it as they don’t listen to Christian music…
