Prince Andrew being interviewed by the BBC

Prince Andrew's interview with the BBC's "Newsnight" program is set to air tonight in Britain. The interview is centered on allegations he had sex with a then minor, Virginia Roberts, when she was 17-years-old. Roberts was one of the underage girls that was sex trafficked by the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who was a close, longtime friend of Prince Andrew.

Prince Andrew was seen and photographed in Epstein's company many times. In a snippet from the interview with the BBC, which was conducted this week, Prince Andrew finally admitted what I have stated for months, regarding it being very unwise to continue a friendship with a convicted, not to mention unrepentant, pedophile, and he disgraced the royal family in doing so (Prince Andrew's Close Ties To Rapists Jeffrey Epstein And Harvey Weinstein Laid Bare).

Prince Andrew stated this week, "The problem was the fact that once he had been convicted I stayed with him. That’s the bit I kick myself for on a daily basis because it was not something that was becoming of a member of the Royal Family and we try and uphold the highest standards and practices and I let the side down, simple as that."

Though Prince Andrew denies being a pedophile, many in the public do not believe him, as he continued to spend time at the homes of Epstein, who illegally housed underage girls on his premises in four nations. Epstein should have been castrated by medical professionals. Yet, this is who Prince Andrew kept hanging out with on many noted occasions.

As I also stated on the site a week ago, Prince Andrew's behavior in consorting with Epstein and so frequently, leading to him being publicly accused of pedophilia as well, could cause attorneys to legally compel him to sit for depositions, which are conducted with the subject under oath  (Sex Trafficking Victim Of Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein Says Prince Andrew Should Go To Prison For Sexually Abusing Her As A Minor).

This week of of Roberts' lawyers, Jack Scarola, stated he wants Prince Andrew to sit for questioning under oath. Scarola stated, "I would love to see Prince Andrew submit to an interview under oath with the investigating authorities. Talking to the media doesn't quite cut it. Statements that are not under oath carry little weight."

When I wrote about Roberts' case in 2015, the Epstein allegations were not at the level it has reached since Epstein was indicted this year on charges of sex trafficking underage girls, followed by his suicide months after. There is more evidence now. More people believe the sex trafficked girls now. This spells bad news for Prince Andrew. The tide of public opinion has turned against him.

The Duke of York's 'no holds barred' interview with the BBC's Emily Maitlis about his relationship with Epstein, along with claims the royal had sex with one of the billionaire paedophile's young 'slaves', is due to be broadcast on BBC 2 at 9pm on Saturday.

'Prince Andrew & the Epstein Scandal' was filmed at Buckingham Palace last night - a sign it had Her Majesty's approval - and is the first time the duke has been grilled on his friendship with the American sexual abuser found dead in his New York prison cell while awaiting trial for sex-trafficking.

Andrew will be faced with allegations made by Epstein's 'slave' Virginia Roberts that she was flown to London on Epstein's private jet, nicknamed the 'Lolita Express', for sex with the prince, who she has called 'an abuser'.

But lawyer Jack Scarola told Mail Online he would like the duke to submit to an interview 'under oath' instead of giving statements to the media that carry 'little weight'. He said: 'I believe there is an ongoing investigation in New York by the FBI under the supervision of the US Attorney's office into those involved in facilitating Jeffrey Epstein's abuse. Andrew would be considered at the least a key witness. I doubt that he is a target of the investigation but it is possible."...
