Les Moonves Will Not Get His $120,000,000 CBS Severance Package After Sexually Assaulting And Harassing Women At Work

December 17. 2018

Former CBS "The Talk" host Julie Chen and her husband, the network's recently booted CEO, Les Moonves

Les Moonves, the disgraced former CEO of the CBS network, just lost a lot of money. CBS news did an investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against Moonves and found 11 of his accusers to be “credible.” Moonves violated the terms of his employment conduct and as such will not receive his $120,000,000 severance package.

Moonves was booted from the company this past September. During the course of the scandal, CBS also discovered that crooked Moonves interfered with their internal investigation into his unlawful conduct, which was conducted by company executives and an external law firm. Mooves was also deceitful and evasive during the investigation.

Buzz Feed reported, “Moonves was reportedly interviewed four times, but the lawyers said they found him to be ‘evasive and untruthful,’ according to the New York Times, which reviewed a draft of the report before it was announced. They also cited his ‘willful and material misfeasance, violation of company policies and breach of his employment contract, as well as his willful failure to cooperate fully with the company’s investigation.’”

As stated on the Judiciary Report months ago in the September 14, 2018 article Les Moonves Doesn't Deserve A Golden Parachute From CBS, Moonves does not deserve severance package. Now he's not getting one. The man belongs in prison. He committed sex crimes against women and engaged in serious financial crimes at CBS that damaged innocent people.
