LeSean McCoy's Ex-Girlfriend States He Did Not Ask Her To Move Prior To Commissioned Home Invasion And Assault

July 20. 2018

LeSean McCoy and Delicia Cordon

Instagram model Delicia Cordon has moved out of the Alpharetta, Georgia mansion of Buffalo Bills football player, LeSean Cordon, after a lengthy dispute, where she had no legal grounds to be in the property. Last week, Cordon was the victim of a home invasion robbery, where she was violently pistol whipped by an intruder, in an incident that left her with extensive facial injuries.

Cordon publicly stated she believes McCoy sent the person into the house to retrieve jewelry she says he gave her, but he maintains were loaned by jewelers for her to wear on special occasions. To keep loaned jewelry is criminal theft. McCoy was liable, as he signed for the jewelry she refused to give back. She too would be liable in any legal action, as she is in criminal possession of the jewelers' property. Cordon can't claim the jewels were gifts under those circumstances, as it could be labeled being in possession of stolen goods, which is a crime.

Cordon states the burglar demanded specific pieces of jewelry, which she says McCoy had previously told her he needed back or she would be robbed. Cordon states this leads her to believe McCoy, who was 9-hours away in Miami at the time, sent the intruder to the property (in addition to the fact she states there was no sign of forced entry).

Cordon and her attorney recently denied McCoy ever asked her to leave his mansion she has lived in for the past 2-years with her children and cousin, even after their acrimonious break-up. However, police and court records reveal McCoy has repeatedly tried to get Cordon out of his mansion, which he intends to sell.

Cordon could not come to terms with the fact they had broken up and he found someone else, who could end up living in the mansion instead of her, in the event they wed. So, she decided to dig her heels in, clinging to McCoy's mansion, which was a big mistake that could have cost Cordon her life during the home invasion.

The Georgia property is costing McCoy thousands of dollars per month in mortgage, insurance, taxes, security and utilities, while he works with the Buffalo Bills in New York. He is not even getting the benefit of his home and paying so much for it. Even the light bill was in McCoy's name. McCoy turned off the electricity to get Cordon out of the property and she had it turned on again, but in her name.

When McCoy's family, including his mother, tried to move Cordon's possessions out of the property last year while the Instagram model was out of town, Cordon, who by legal definition was a squatter in his house since the time of their break-up nearly 2-years ago, called the police and had it stopped. She really decided to dig in and it was not right, as it is not her property and she was asked to leave.

Any man or woman that moves in the person they are dating and not married to runs the risk of something like this transpiring once they break up. Some people will leave voluntarily. Others will refuse and try to take your home. Cordon was trying to take McCoy's home and he wasn't standing for it. At the end of the day it is not a good look scheming on someone else's property like that. She was making plans to inherit and take possession of something that was never hers to begin with that she had no right to under the law. It would have been stealing.

Cordon looks like Shantel Jackson, the ex-fiancée of boxer Floyd Mayweather. Coincidentally, Mayweather used to date Cordon, who has been with several famous men. Jackson has been in a protracted legal battle with Mayweather in an effort to keep a $5,000,000 engagement ring he gave her, which he has demanded back, after calling off the engagement, due to her having aborted his unborn twins and lying that he harassed her into a miscarriage.

So many women have been scheming on the money and property of famous men, going to great lengths to take that which does not belong to them. It's not a good way to live your life. It has a price. There's nothing benevolent about scheming and stealing other people's things or trying to trap or manipulate a man with a baby. God's blessing will not be present in such situations. It will catch up with you.
