Fresh from rehab for the umpteenth time, drug addicted Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, made an appearance in Los Angeles court today, before Judge Elden Fox, on another probation violation. Rather than sending her to jail again, Elden sent Lohan back to a rehab facility, stating she must remain there until January 3, 2011.

The Judiciary Report is not holding its breath regarding her, as Lohan may very well pull her usual shenanigans, attempting to leave treatment early once more, only to start using hard drugs again, such as cocaine, thus repeating the jail and rehab cycle. Her sobriety will be severely tested the minute she returns to Hollywood and her old routine.
