One time Hollywood it girl, Lindsay Lohan, has been partying her butt off again, since being released from jail and rehab. The Judiciary Report retains the belief, Lohan would have been better off in jail for three months and rehab for another three, just as the judge recommended. That would have been six months drying out time.

Lohan is already hitting the partying scene hard, in the short time she has been released from jail and rehab. Once again, she is in a dangerous Hollywood environment, detrimental to a recovering addict. All the places Lohan has been going to since her release, are frequented by individuals selling and using hard drugs. Alcohol also abounds. She's setting herself up for a fall again.
