The parents of drug addled, disgraced actress, Lindsay Lohan, seek to place her under a conservatorship, with each vying for the opportunity to do so first. Lohan, who is currently in rehab for the sixth time, at an undisclosed California treatment center, apparently has no say in the matter, which is just as well, as she is her own worst enemy.

The party that is appointed conservator, whether it be parent, Michael Lohan or Dina Lohan, will control her money, or at least what's left of it, which has made the public skeptical regarding her parents true motives.
