Lori Loughlin Taking Dangerous Risk In
Pleading Not Guilty In College Admissions Bribery Scandal

Hollywood actress Lori Loughlin, 54, is taking a
massive risk in not accepting the government's plea deal in the
college admissions bribery scandal. Loughlin and her husband,
Target fashion designer Mossimo Giannuli, 55, were caught on
tape agreeing to pay a $500,000 bribe to admissions adviser,
William Rick Singer, to get their daughters, Olivia Jade and
Isabella, into the University of Southern California (USC).
USC is exclusive as it only accepts 13% of
applicants. Olivia Jade and Isabella did not qualify, as their
grades were below average. Singer was able to pay a large
endowment to the university from Loughlin and Giannuli, which in
itself is not a crime. However, the family and Singer committed
fraud when they lied on the college applications in stating
Olivia Jade and Isabella are rowers with experience, who meet
the eligibility requirements for USC, via the school's crew
team. Singer even asked the girls to take "action" pictures with
rowing equipment. USC's athletic director Donna Heinel has also
been charged in the scam.
Olivia Jade was accepted into the school under
this fraudulent premise. However, Olivia Jade's unintelligent
statements and boasts on Instagram, regarding not attending
class and only being interested in partying in college, were so
unwise and incriminating, it gave the whole game away that she
fraudulently obtained entrance to USC, a learning institution
with a difficult curriculum. It also drew attention to the fact
Olivia Jade possibly did not graduate high school honestly.
Fellow students state Olivia Jade frequently missed classes at
high school, yet mysteriously got into USC.

Loughlin and Giannuli refused the
government's first offer of a plea deal, which would have
seen them serve a few months to 2-years behind bars, as
opposed to 20-years if convicted. They were of the belief
the government was bluffing. The couple rejected the
government's offer and were hit with new charges in a second
criminal indictment. The new charges of money laundering and
fraud have them facing up to 40-years in prison, in tandem
with the first criminal charge.
This is standard Hollywood conduct. Hollywood
celebrities and company executives bribe schools, judges,
lawyers, politicians and law enforcement. Hollywood is the land
of make believe. They are of the belief they are to get whatever
they want, even if it breaks the law and deprives others of what
was rightfully earned. Due to the scam, two high school students
who actually worked hard and applied themselves, were deprived
of spots at USC. It's not a victimless crime.
