Michael Avenatti's Girlfriend States He Hit Her And Dragged Her Across The Floor Over Money November 20. 2018
Michael Avenatti Disgraced, deceitful, greedy lawyer Michael Avenatti, 47, has been hiding his sexual relationship with actress, Mareli Miniutti, 20, for over a year. Avenatti, the lawyer for porn star and stripper Stormy Daniels, whose case against U.S. President Donald Trump over an alleged extramarital affair failed, was arrested last week for beating up Miniutti. Avenatti is angry at the website TMZ for reporting on the case. Avenatti is stating TMZ defamed him in their account of what transpired. However, he is using TMZ as a cover in attempts at discrediting accuser Miniutti. The facts of the case are Avenatti was arrested for felony domestic violence. Police observed the injuries on Avenatti's girlfriend Miniutti and found them sufficient to arrest and book him. The facts of the case are Avenatti had to post $50,000 bail to get out of jail.
Mareli Miniutti This week Avenatti began stating he is in possession of security camera footage that vindicates him. However, that makes no sense and would not clear anyone under these particular circumstances. The security camera footage is of outside the Los Angeles condo and he only showed clips, not a continuous loop of the entire day in question. Miniutti alleges the domestic violence occurred inside his condo. Miniutti stated the incident occurred in his bedroom. It would be sick and perverted if Avenatti had security cameras in his bedroom and living room (it is also illegal without others' consent and I have to state that because Hollywood is sick and depraved and have been known to secretly install hidden cameras in homes in violation of the law).

Miniutti alleges Avenatti repeatedly used pillows to hit her in the face (pillow limit the type of bruising while still having the painful effect of being hit in the face). She also stated he dragged her out of bed by her arm. She further stated he dragged her across the floor of his condo. Miniutti told police the violent incident began as an argument over money, with him calling her an "ungrateful f**king b***h." Avenatti's law firm Eagan Avenatti was 4-months behind on his rent. Their lease stipulates they pay $600,000 annually in rent, which is expensive and unwise for a law firm of that small size.

During his divorce case last year, his ex-wife Lisa Avenatti, stated in court documents that she fears for her safety and that of their children, due to his "violent outbursts." She also stated he cheated on her with porn stars. Therefore, one can argue Avenatti has a history of violence against women.
