Former "Hannah Montana" star, Miley Cyrus, is being slammed in the press for drinking beer during a trip to Europe. As proof, she was pictured with a bottle of beer in her hand, setting off a backlash against Cyrus online. She continues to grow up too fast and to her detriment. Teens overeager to grow up and gain vices, often become addicts and unnecessarily. 

Considering the temptations in Hollywood, regarding people approaching entertainers with drugs and alcohol, attempting to get in their good graces, if Cyrus goes down the path of drug and alcohol abuse, she could end up like Lindsay Lohan.

The pending divorce of her parents, singer Billy Ray Cyrus and wife Tish, is taking a toll on Miley, but she must constructively deal with the issues emanating from this difficult time in their lives. Flying off the rails should never be an option, as it will only create more problems.

Cyrus' new, overtly sexual image, has scared away many of her fans and at the end of the day, being raunchy has nothing to do with good music. Many female singers such as Patti Page, Barbara Streisand and Whitney Houston, had their greatest successes in music with their clothes on. The Judiciary Report wishes Cyrus well and hopes she will get on the right path. Hollywood has enough child stars that self-destructed. It doesn't need anymore to add to the long list.
