Mitt Romney Widens Lead Against Barack Obama In Presidential Polls After Gay Marriage Push By The President

U.S. President Barack Obama proclaiming he wants gay marriage in America, has cost him plenty in the polls. Where rival Republican, Mitt Romney, was leading Barack Obama him by a couple points in the polls, the gap has now significantly widened.

Rasmussen now joins Gallup in reporting Romney is leading President Obama in presidential polls and by a clear margin. Rasmussen stated Romney is now leading Obama by 7 points. The lead grew right after Obama began promoting gay marriage last week.
