New York Police Arrest 4 More Gang Suspects In The Brutal Murder Of 15-Year-Old Lesandro 'Junior' Guzman Feliz (Videos)

July 10. 2018

Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz

The New York Police Department has been rounding up gang members in the fall out of the brutal stabbing death of 15-year-old Bronx teen Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz. Police originally arrested 8 suspects 2-weeks ago, who are members of the Trinitarios street gang. 4 more suspects have been arrested.

This week the NYPD has arrested the 12th suspect, 25-year-old Luis A. Cabrarasantos, in neighboring Connecticut. WFSB television station stated, "State Police said a trooper's License Plate Reader signaled that a passing car was wanted in connection to a homicide in New York City." As a result of the electronic alert, Cabrarasantos was arrested.

Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz

Cabrarasantos is being held on murder charges, with a $1,000,000 bond. He is being held in the New Haven Correction Center and will be extradited to New York. While he is not seen in the video killing Lesandro, he is believed to be a member of the gang who engaged in a conspiracy to brutally kill the innocent teen, in a case of mistaken identity, over a video posted to SnapChat of a boy having sex with a girl (14-year-old Stephanie Astacio), while her boyfriend was in the room watching and a third boy filmed it on his phone. It's a sad indictment of what society has become that kids are filming themselves having sex, which is illegal and classified as child porn under the law.

Cabrarasantos is one of the men that was in the 4-car convoy that snaked through the streets of New York looking for people to criminally target, when they spotted Lesandro in the Bronx. Police have been using surveillance videos from the area of the murder to identify each person that was in the cars. CCTV cameras along the street and inside businesses captured useable images of the gang members.

Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion

Last week, the New York Times stated, Diego Suero and Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion, were arrested in the Bronx and charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, assault, gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon. They were also in the convoy of cars that targeted Lesandro, who ran so fast when he realized they were targeting him, he lost his sandals.

Last week, the 11th suspect in Lesandro's death, 21-year-old Danilo Payamps Pacheco, turned himself into police on charges of murder, manslaughter, gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon. The Pix 11 news station reported, "Pacheco allegedly was part of the foot chase that pursued a terrified Guzman-Feliz for blocks, after a convoy of four vehicles carrying alleged Trinitarios gang members went looking for rivals the night of June 20."

These gangs go looking for trouble and it makes them a danger to society. Not only do they hunt other gang members to assault and potentially kill them, they also target innocent members of the public to rob them of their cash and belongings. They also criminally pursue people for foolish reasons, such as the aforementioned, evil, asinine excuse Lesandro was murdered over.

They behave like deranged stalkers tracking people down. Only a predatory stalker and murderer would kill a boy over having sex with a girl. That is not a normal or stereotypical human reaction to such a situation. What an extreme and evil reaction. People who behave in this manner should not be free to roam among members of the public.

Luis A Cabrarasantos

Thankfully the gang members who perpetrated Lesandro's killing have been arrested. It is bringing justice for Lesandro's family and some peace to the community, with the hope the people of New York can sleep a little sounder at night, with a threat to their lives and safety off the streets.

These gang members behavior is so chilling and unnecessary. Who do they think they are turning the streets into a war zone. As stated previously on the site, it has become a global problem in a number of major cities. A few decades ago, most street gangs would engage in petty crime (stealing car stereos, shoplifting) and getting into fist fight.

14-year-old boy stabbed and beaten by the gang members days prior to Lesandro's killing

Now, worldwide, they are armed to the tee with guns and knives like they are in the military on the battlefield. These gang members are roaming the streets searching for their next kill. They are also running large quantities of narcotics, even using underage minors to sell drugs like cocaine and heroin.

You are not soldiers fighting for a greater cause. You are gang members harming the community. World governments must clamp down on gangs, as they are doing a lot of harm, particularly to young people in their teens, whose futures have ended up ruined for joining them.

I implore all of you in a gang to get out of it. Even if you have to tell your parents what you've gotten involved in. Even if your family has to quietly move to another state or region of the nation you live in. Get out of the gang and go get your education. You can do better than being in a gang. The truth is gang life is a dead end. It sounds cliché, but it is true. You will end up dead or in jail.

Case in point, the Trinitarios. They are in serious trouble. A mainstream article in the New York press revealed that New York Police Department Chief Dermot Shea stated, "The Trinitarios will feel the wrath of the NYPD." Prosecutors are also going to be relentless in securing convictions, due to public outcry over Lesandro's death. The jury will not be sympathetic to the gang, due to the brutal nature of the murder. Once the jury sees the video of Lesandro's murder, there will be no sympathy for the gang members.

One June 22, 2018, a week before the arrests, I stated Lesandro's killing looked gang related and my suspicion turned out to be correct (15-Year-Old Brutally Stabbed To Death In New York and Gang Members Who Killed 15-Year-Old Lesandro Gusman Feliz In New York Under Threat In Prison). 4-days later on June 27, 2018, Pix 11 news station in New York reported that a 14-year-old boy had been stabbed and beaten by the Trinitarios 2-days PRIOR to Lesandro's killing and the attacks are connected. The 14-year-old boy also resembles Lesandro. He was brutally stabbed and beaten. The teen lost a kidney and is still struggling from the attack.

The Pix 11 article states there are over 1,000 Trinitarios gang members in New York City and they are also illegally operating in Madrid, Spain (and the Dominican Republic). Therefore, once again, gangs are a serious problem worldwide that is plaguing innocent communities.

Two More Suspects Arrested in Slaying of Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, Bronx Teenager

July 4, 2018 - In the two weeks since 15-year-old Lesandro Guzman-Feliz was slain in a hail of knife and machete blows outside a corner bodega in the Bronx, police detectives have been chasing leads and working to round up everyone who may have taken part in the gang assault. This week, they arrested two more suspects in the killing that has thrown a spotlight on the internecine violence of the Trinitarios, a hierarchical Dominican street gang that has spread around New York and the Eastern Seaboard since it was formed in prison three decades ago.

Law enforcement officials who had quickly arrested eight young men after the attack on June 20 said on Tuesday that they had taken into custody two more men: a 29-year old believed to have condoned it and a 26-year-old suspected of driving one of the carloads of assailants who set upon Lesandro with dizzying force.

Two men were charged in the June 20 death of Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz on Tuesday. One of the men, 29-year-old Diego Suero, is an accused leader in the gang. "The dent is just beginning and they will feel the wrath of the NYPD," Chief Dermot Shea said.

Former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara previously described the gang as "a highly-organized criminal machine." It was started by Leonides Sierra, an inmate at Rikers, in 1992. There have been numerous takedowns of dozens of Trinitarios members in the years since. Police also arrested other alleged members of the gang accused of other crimes in the weeks since Guzman-Feliz was killed at a bodega...

Posted 12:21 PM, June 27, 2018, by Samantha Tata and Henry Rosoff, Updated at 10:39PM, June 27, 2018 - BRONX, N.Y. — The gang-related stabbing of a teenager on the Bronx River Parkway has been linked to the stabbing death of 15-year-old Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz, NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea said Wednesday.

Shea said the incidents are connected beyond the fact that the same gang -- the Trinitarios -- was involved in both stabbings, but would not specify further. He did not talk about a motive or give additional details. "There is a lot being done. I'm not going to get into exactly of what's being done but there are more boots on the ground," he said. "I said it the other day, the world is going to get very small for the Trinitario's very soon."...
