Today on C-SPAN, during a televised question and answer session, a Republican rival accused U.S. President Obama of lack of transparency in not opening the health care bill negotiations to television coverage. The  more transparency the better. It seems the Obama Administration is having a problem with transparency, which is regrettable, as it is a key component to any healthy democracy.
