You know the phrase "Throw the book at" someone, as in reading someone the riot act or being very merciless in court with a litigant. Well, someone threw the book at U.S. President Barack Obama...literally.  

The embattled president, facing a tough mid-term election on November 2, 2010, was giving a speech in Philadelphia, when a book was thrown at his head. But wait, it's not over. A man also ran naked through the crowd, flashing Obama as well. What exactly is going on in Philadelphia? Whatever happened to making cream cheese. It must be something in the water.
