Obama vs. Hillary In West Virginia

May 13. 2008

Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton is poised to take the state of West Virginia tonight, but with only 28 delegates at stake, it is not going to make much of a dent in rival Barack Obama’s almost 200 delegate count lead. He is also still leading in the number of superdelegate endorsements as well.

Barack Obama

Reports on CNN tonight asserted the DNC has lowered the number of delegates required to win the nomination to 2,025. That would mean, Senator Obama, with 1,881 delegates is that much closer to the nomination, than Hillary Clinton with 1,713.

Is it just me or did Hillary look like they gave her a tranquilizer before she gave her speech as to why she wishes to continue in the race. She looked downcast and her eyes glazed...or had she been crying.
