According to a U.S. News And World Reports poll, an overwhelming 72% of people believe President Barack Obama is handling the Libya uprisings in the wrong manner. Italy is reporting, over 1,000 people have died in preventable bloodshed. 

One hopes these people have not died in vain. I state that because, history has shown such destabilization can turn into civil war and long term instability, when the wrong people attempt to govern and are met with resistance.
