U.S. President, Joe Biden, was caught on video returning from a vacation then going to another one in Delaware, not knowing who or where he is, in another sign of dementia. The video is another reminder, one of hundreds, that Biden is not suited to be President of the United States, and as countless people are now stating, someone else is running the country (Former President Barack Obama Never Truly Left Office And Has Been In The Background The Entire Time).
