Prince William And Kate Middleton Spent Their Anniversary Under The Cloud Of Current Cheating Scandal

Yesterday was the 8th wedding anniversary of Prince William, 36, and his wife Kate Middleton, 37. They spent their anniversary under a massive cloud of scandal, as William has been accused of committing adultery with one of Kate's best friends, Rose Hanbury. William, Kate and Rose are neighbors in the countryside. The couple's main residence is in London at Kensington Palace.

The trio were often seen together in the country. However, Kate stopped spending time with Rose after people began stating she had sex with William. The alleged affair is said to have occurred when Kate was pregnant last year with the couple's third child, George.

The story recently made its way all over the world, embarrassing the couple, who are trying to keep the monarchy going. When the Kensington Palace website wished William and Kate a happy anniversary on their Twitter page, it was flooded with sarcastic remarks poking fun at William for cheating on his wife. The couple is being mercilessly mocked on social networking.

This is not the type of image the Queen wants for her family. In politics, select members of the British Labour party, such as its leader and socialist, Jeremy Corbyn, seek to abolish the monarchy, as they cost the taxpayers a significant sum of money each year and the royal family is not based on merit (meritocracy) but ancestry. The current adultery scandal is adding fuel to the fire. The Queen has been depending on William to be king, as his dad, Prince Charles is 70-years-old and still plagued with scandal for cheating on his first wife, Princess Diana (William's mother). Now William is mired in the same type of scandal (adultery).

Many in Britain state William reluctantly married Kate, but was not in love. Word is they are not happy. She is staying with him because she wants to be Queen Consort. She also looks at her children as royal titles, rather than kids. He is staying with her to fulfill his royal duties. If Corbyn gets his way, the royal family will go into exile in the countryside (abolished). Considering how unpopular Prime Minister Theresa May has become due to Brexit and her extreme austerity policies, Corbyn is on track to get his wish.
