R Kelly Faces New Federal Hearing After His Employees Turn Over Tapes Of Him Having Sex With Underage Girls

July 16. 2019

R Kelly and his petrified lawyer

Disgraced singer R Kelly is currently in federal custody on a 13-count indictment, regarding his criminal misconduct in having sex with underage girls. Kelly’s misconduct in this regard has been transpiring for 30-years unabated. In February, he was indicted on state charges in his native Illinois.

The charges were topped up in June, with prosecutors in Illinois adding 11 new accounts to the indictment. However, serious federal charges were filed against him last week which greatly reduce his chances of staying out of prison long-term.

All of Kelly’s roundabout denials during interviews, such as the infamous piece conducted by Gayle King this past March, which were more of an admission of guilt than anything else, have ceased.

King stated to the press, “The indictments are not a surprise to me. We’ve been hearing that they are coming for quite some time. He always, always, always insists that he is innocent of all the charges. But now these are very serious charges coming from federal officials. I think that it’s a brand new ball game. So we will see what happens.”

Based on his current demeanor in federal court, it has finally come home to Kelly that he is in serious trouble. He is now facing the biggest challenge to his freedom, due to the federal charges that have been filed and the caliber of the evidence that has been obtained. The feds have prevailed in many similar cases regarding sexual abuse of a minor and transporting minors across state lines for illegal purposes.

One gets the impression the Justice Department is tired of R Kelly. He is being walloped with charges on a state and federal level. They are trying to make sure that if the left hand doesn’t get him, the right hand will.

They are trying to put a stop to his madness once and for all, as the “Surviving R Kelly“ documentary has people all over America and the world asking how was he allowed to get away with abusing young girls and for so long. The documentary has been heavily discussed in articles, on TV and on the internet in Canada, Britain, Europe and the Caribbean.

Kelly’s own staff, who were confronted and shaken down by feds, confessed to knowing of the sex crimes the singer has been engaging in for years. Kelly’s employees even turned over his private tapes to the feds, of the singer having sex with underage girls. Reports indicate Kelly’s face is clearly seen on the tapes. Two of Kelly’s employees have been charged in the crimes as well.

Kelly’s habit of filming his sick, illegal sexual activities with minors has come back to haunt him, as it is being used to testify against him in court. These young girls were raped by Kelly and victimized all over again due to the illegal filming of the sex acts, then the tapes, which under the law are considered child porn, being floated around the entertainment industry in certain circles. He must be brought to justice for these crimes. Enough is enough.

Kelly is expected in court this week for arraignment, where he will enter a plea in the case. Judges will also determine how the case is to proceed, as it encompasses criminal offenses that fall under the jurisdiction of the Illinois and New York federal courts.
