Rapper Tekashi69 Should Have Faced
Prison For Sexually Assaulting A 13-Year-Old Girl And
Filming Her Being Raped By Two Men

22-year-old trouble prone rapper, Tekashi69,
real name Daniel Hernandez, was sentenced to 4-years
probation for an incident that occurred when he was 18,
regarding him filming a 13-year-old girl having sex with two
grown men. Tekashi69 also sexually assaulted the girl.
Prosecutor Sara Weiss stated of the
incident, “In late February of 2015, the defendant
participated in the sexual violation of a child. During that
encounter, there was also the creation of sexually explicit
videos of that encounter. The defendant was filmed fondling
this child’s breasts and smacking her on her buttocks at the
same time she was being penetrated by two adult males, she
was being penetrated orally and vaginally.”
She further stated in court documents, "The
defendant, knowing the character and content thereof,
employed, authorized and induced a child less than 17 years
of age to engage in a sexual performance, and being a
parent, legal guardian and custodian of such child, the
defendant consented to the participation of such child in a
sexual performance.”
Due to the fact Tekashi69 took the plea
deal, he received probation and 1,000 hours community
service. However, he deserved prison time. The depravity in
Hollywood is damaging underage girls and boys. Children are
being preyed upon by Hollywood celebrities and when caught
they are given a slap on the wrist. It’s not a deterrent to
stop the terrible pedophilia transpiring in Hollywood.
Tekashi69 told the judge, "I have millions
of youth that look at me as a role model and the last place
I want to be is incarcerated, they don’t deserve it. Thank
you.” He is no role model. Kids need not follow his example.
He belongs behind bars, not on a stage, as he has proven he
is a danger to children. He should also be registered as a
sex offender.
Not only did he participate in the sexual
exploitation of a minor, whom he sexually assaulted, this
year he also assaulted a 16-year-old who tried to publicly
film him at a mall. In another incident that occurred this
year, he assaulted a police officer. Once again, Tekashi
should not be free. It's clear some Hollywood "Illuminati"
garbage kept him out of prison (for now, that is).

In October of that year, Hernandez pled
guilty using a child in a sexual performance. The court
ordered Hernandez to serve probation as part of a plea
agreement, which required him to get his GED and seek mental
health treatment for two years. He was also prohibited from
posting any sexually explicit images of women or children
and any images of violence against women or children to his
