Report States Conor McGregor Is Under Criminal Investigation For Rape

There are items online stating MMA star Conor McGregor, 30, is under criminal investigation in his native Dublin, Ireland, for allegedly raping a 20-year-old woman. The alleged rape was said to involve violence. It has been stated the woman was beaten and sodomized. Reports indicate she was bleeding and hysterical. A complaint was filed with police, triggering the criminal investigation. Police interviewed the woman and a rape kit was done.

Details are sketchy, as under Irish law, names and details in rape cases are kept confidential until the trial is completed. However, an RTE memo leaked in Ireland that also made its way online via Twitter.com, reveals that on January 17, 2019 at 5:00PM, McGregor went to the police station, “In connection with an assault allegation in the city.” RTE could be facing a massive €20,000,000 fine over the leak.

McGregor’s fans on Twitter are expressing dismay at the news. Many are hoping it is not true. However, it has been reported in the Irish press, but without his name, to be in compliance with the law. The story is also on social networking, especially Twitter, where people keep asking McGregor's official account about the rape allegations. However, his account has provided no answers or comment.

Leak of memo about sports star's ‘sex assault’ leaves RTE open to data fine

January 27 2019, 12:01am - A newsroom memo that named a sports star in relation to allegations of sexual assault and was leaked and posted on social media has led RTE to notify the Data Protection Commission (DPC) of a data breach. The DPC confirmed the notification from RTE and said it fell within the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), leaving the national broadcaster open to a fine.

Under GDPR, a data controller, in this case RTE, must notify an individual or company whose data has been compromised and their privacy affected. As RTE carries out commercial activities in addition to its public service remit, its failure to comply with GDPR could result in a fine of up to €20m, depending...

Conor McGregor Arrested & DNA Taken On Alleged Sexual Assault In Dublin, Ireland

Recently”The Irish Times” newspaper broke the store that an Irish sports super star has been confirmed to be Conor McGregor arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault in Dublin last month. Conor was arrested and held at the Dundrum Garda station according to reports. They took DNA samples from Conor who gave his consent. The results are expected back this week. The alleged assault took place the night of December 9th and continued into the next morning when the complaint was made by a woman who made a formal statement and took a rape kit.

One of the biggest news stations in Europe RTE.IE plan on publishing a story on the event and their lead broadcaster leaked this image of today’s television call on his twitter and RTE are now being sued by Conor McGregor’s people for the leak...
