Uh Oh!

The hacker accused of illegally breaking into the email account of Republican presidential running mate, Sarah Palin, is believed to be the 20-year-old college enrolled son of Democratic politician State Representative Mike Kernell. How ironic, as it is spelled much like the computer term “kernel.”

University of Tennessee student David Kernel has been identified by blogs (who else, man) as the culprit. If charged he faces 5 years in prison and a fortune in fines. This was not the way to help the Democratic Party, especially Obama.

Blogs ID Tenn. Lawmaker's Son As Palin Cyber Hacker

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Federal Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Secret Service want to know who hacked into Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's personal e-mail account.

It's an investigation that may focus on the son of a Democratic Tennessee lawmaker.

State Rep. Mike Kernell of Memphis doesn't deny his son David Kernell's name is flying around the Internet as the alleged Palin e-mail hacker…

Online blogs and several news organizations have named his 20-year-old son as the hacker who broke in the Alaska governor's personal Yahoo e-mail account. David Kernell is a student at the University of Tennessee's flagship campus in Knoxville.

All signs point to state rep’s son as Palin ‘hacker’

The guy who hacked into would-be VP Sarah Palin’s Yahoo email account is none other than the son of a Democratic state representative from Tennessee, posits GatwayPundit. A convincing amount of evidence suggests the “hacker” (perhaps a status he doesn’t deserve) is David Kernell, son of Tennessee representative Mike Kernell.
