The June 2019 lawsuit filed against the Federal
Bureau of Investigation proves a claim I have made on this website
for years and even more recently to the U.S. Congress in a letter
January 2, 2019 (which I received responses for) and an article I
wrote on April 10, 2019 entitled "Former FBI Director Robert Mueller Obtained Executive Orders From George
Bush And Barack Obama To Criminally Steal Copyrights Worth Billions For
Madonna And Hollywood While Engaging In Heinous Human Rights Abuses That
Left Innocent People Dead."
In the lawsuit against the Quantico academy, the
students alleged FBI agents and instructors illegally disclosed
their medical records to people in classes. That is unlawful and a
criminal violation of privacy. In America medical records and privacy in that
regard in reference to medical treatment is supposed to be sacred.
America is supposed to be governed by HIPAA laws protecting patients
privacy. Not to the FBI.
I have written for years that the FBI is
illegally marching into medical offices in America and demanding
innocent people's medical records, whom they are criminally
exploiting and or targeting in COINTELPRO styled maneuvers. The FBI
is also illegally contacting medical offices demanding staff engage
in unlawful behavior to aide the FBI in actions that are in
violation of U.S. and U.N. laws.
Patients have been harmed in the
process. As stated on the website previously, former FBI director,
Robert Mueller, among others, was/is in full ILLEGAL possession
of people's medical records, even photographs from elective and
mandatory surgical procedures, where people were naked on the
operating table. Their behavior is abominable. What kind of
nastiness is that. It's so foul and disgusting. What are they
doing in possession of such materials.
One thing is for sure, the FBI has not changed one
bit since the days of
Martin Luther King
Jr in the civil rights era,
when they had the beloved, slain world hero killed. They have even
been engaging in defamation of character, trying to destroy him in
death with questionable new documents they have been releasing,
after they murdered him in life. As always the FBI operates as
though they are above the law.

16 women allege discrimination at FBI training
academy in lawsuit

former trainee agents are suing the FBI, alleging the bureau
discriminated against them and other women. Ten of them sat down for
a group interview with Stephanie Gosk of NBC News. Sixteen women who
trained to become FBI agents and analysts have come forward in a
lawsuit filed Wednesday accusing the bureau of gender discrimination
in how it trains and evaluates female candidates.
The women, seven of whom still work at the FBI,
detail incidents where they say they were punished for behavior
their male counterparts got away with. They also describe what they
say is a male-biased review process, and even overt sexual
harassment. Ten of the former trainees agreed to be interviewed
exclusively by NBC News. Five of them asked not to be identified by
their full names.
The former trainees said their experiences at the
FBI’s training academy in Quantico, Virginia, left them feeling
powerless and angry. “They made me feel like I was worthless and
disposable,” said one plaintiff, who asked to be identified only as
“Ava.” One of the women, Lauren Rose, provided an email she says she
received from then-FBI Director James Comey in response to her
frustrations at being dismissed from training after serving with the
FBI for nearly six years...
Another former new agent trainee, who is referred to
as Jane Doe 1 in the lawsuit, described sexual harassment from four
male classmates who tried to convince her to have sexual intercourse
with them. Jane Doe 1 says she had to have a friend escort her to
her room because one of the classmates would follow her at night.
The lawsuit alleges that over 100 women who recently
enrolled at the FBI’s Basic Field Training Course in Quantico as new
agent trainees or new intelligence analyst trainees have encountered
some form of gender discrimination, and that the problem is worse
for women of color or those with disabilities. It is a proposed
class action lawsuit, but the class is not yet certified.
“The FBI has intentionally allowed the Good Old Boy
Network to flourish unrestrained at the FBI Academy,” alleges the
suit. “Training Division staff, including instructors, supervisors,
field counselors, managers, and review board members, frequently
dismiss mistakes made by male trainees as isolated incidents,
determine male trainees to be retrainable, and retain them at the
Academy at a disproportionately higher rate than their female
trainee counterparts"...
