Actress Sharon Stone is in the news again over her controversial conduct. She recently lost custody of her adopted son, Roan, retaining visitation rights of one day per week.

Legal documents from the case have leaked online and they illustrate Stone has bad judgment, such as wanting to give her 8-year-old adopted son Botox, which has killed dozens of people.

She also, "Diagnosed her son's constipation as a spinal problem." This all sounds very dangerous and as though she is mentally unstable.

Court papers have revealed the "hysterical" Basic Instinct star would often overreact to medical conditions that affected her son Roan.

In a custody order filed on Monday, a judge declared Stone's constant overreactions were doing the 8-year-old more harm than good.

Judge Anne-Christine Massullo said Stone's ex Phil Bronstein was more capable of dealing with his health and providing a safe home, ending the actress's bid to get sole custody.

Stone argued Roan would be better off in a Los Angeles school and that Bronstein would "exclude" her from his home.
