The British Government, headed by Prime Minister, David Cameron, has announced an initiative, to employ British youth, by spending 1 billion pounds in taxpayer funds to create new jobs. This initiative could prove successful, if proper controls are placed on the funds, to prevent waste, mismanagement, misappropriation and undue bureaucracy, which can stifle job creation efforts in any nation.

This initiative could change the hopelessness of many youth, who are struggling to find sustainable work and get off the dole. Having a good, productive job goes a far way in boosting a person's self esteem and outlook on the future.
