The British Laws That Could Burn Roman Abramovich In Trying To Retrieve Assets From Britain That Are Under Freeze Due To His Ties To War Criminal Vladimir Putin

Roman Abramovich has been sanctioned by the British government as an ally of brutal, deadly war criminal, Vladimir Putin, who is the President of Russia. Putin has been waging an illegal war against the sovereign nation of Ukraine, resulting in many innocent people dying.

Abramovich made his money in Russia through unlawful deals under the kleptocracy that is the Russian government. Abramovich became wealthy through oil, among other national assets belonging to the Russian people, wrongly given to him in dirty deals by those in the Kremlin. This is considered illegal.

For Abramovich to have illegally taken state assets and funds belonging to the Russian people, is considered the proceeds of crime. He used said questionable funds to buy Chelsea football club and expensive residential properties in Britain, for himself and his family members. This constitutes money laundering. It is an attempt to clean dirty money by making it look like respectable business deals.

Buying and selling property in Britain with stolen goods/money, also constitutes the illegal act of conversion. To conceal, disguise, transfer or convert funds/property bought with stolen money/goods is money laundering, which is a crime.

As Putin is also in the picture, it is assumed some of the funds Abramovich made in Britain from washing the Russian money has been going into Putin's coffers. Considering Putin is a terrorist, this can also be labeled a money laundering offense under the "terrorist financing" subcategory.

To recap that's theft, fraud, conversion and potential "terrorist financing" regarding funds that went into Putin's coffers (and oligarchs are known to pay kickbacks to Putin). The money trail is there and it doesn't look good.

Abramovich is also giving support, via friendship and advisement, to Putin, a war criminal and terrorist, who for years sent agents into Britain to murder people via highly publicized poising and shootings. For years Putin has repeatedly and brazenly violated the "The Terrorism Act 2000" and "The Terrorism Act 2006." If it is shown that Abramovich passed Putin information that facilitated or assisted any conduct that resulted in crimes, he too could be in trouble.

The British government's www.cps.gov.uk website states under the "terrorism" page, "Planning, assisting and even collecting information on how to commit terrorist acts are all crimes under British-terrorism legislation."

So often in said situations, a foreign government such as Russia will use ex-patriots or agents to collect intel on the host country and or key figures therein. I get the stinking suspicion Abramovich was passing intel to Putin. Abramovich is too beholden to Putin to the point the man can't publicly denounce Putin for invading Ukraine and killing men, women, children and babies.

If it is found Abramovich passed intel to Putin, he will have committed the offense of spying/espionage under the "Official Secrets Act" concerning "those who intend to help an enemy and deliberately harm the security of the nation." Putin is classified an enemy of Britain. That's not up for debate.

Under British law one must forfeit the proceeds of crime ("The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002" ). That's enough to wipe out all Abramovich's assets in Britain that were acquired with illegal money from Russia, then converting it in Britain, whilst living in Britain and supporting ally Putin.

Abramovich bought Chelsea for £160 million and now it is thought to be worth £3 billion. The residential properties he bought also went up in value. These are the proceeds of crime. These behaviors characterize a significant number of criminal offenses under British law.

The question is what does MI5 and MI6 have in their files on Abramovich. Based on certain visible situations I can deduce the files are voluminous and the contents are bad. The mere fact this man won't publicly denounce Putin speaks volumes.
