The 'Leaving Neverland' Documentary Labels Michael Jackson A Child Molester Who Married A 10-Year-Old Boy And Oprah Winfrey Denounces Him In Interview (Video)

March 6. 2019

The "Leaving Neverland" documentary that aired on HBO, regarding child molestation claims against the late singer, Michael Jackson, who died of a pharmaceutical drug overdose in 2009, is causing quite a stir. A special accompanying the documentary was hosted by former talk show host Oprah Winfrey, who is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. She has denounced Jackson regarding claims he has molested a number of underage boys.

The documentary features James Safechuck and Wade Robson, who made allegations against Jackson in "Leaving Neverland" stating they were sexually molested by the singer. Safechuck stated he was repeatedly molested by Jackson when he was 8-years-old, after he was hired to appear in a commercial with the singer.

Robson, a dancer, who was half of the teen rap duo, Quo, then went on to become the choreographer for NSYNC and Britney Spears, says he was repeatedly molested by Jackson when he was 7-years-old. Jackson's estate has sued HBO over the documentary. Safechuck and Robson have sued Jackson's estate seeking compensation for the molestation. However, both cases were dismissed with judges stating they waited too long to file their legal actions.

For years child molestation claims dogged Jackson. Against many people's advice, Jackson repeatedly held sleepovers at his house with underage boys he invited to his California property he named "Neverland." Jackson even slept in the same bed with boys who were very young. That does not look right. It does have a look of impropriety.

I know sometimes kids sleep in their parents beds when they are scared or just want to feel safe in their presence. There's nothing wrong with that. However, Jackson, a grown man, who was not related to any of these young boys, should not have been sleeping in the same bed with them. Their parents should not have permitted it. Why did no one stop this. All the parents had to do was say no.

In 1993 his sister LaToya Jackson stated, "I cannot and will not be a silent collaborator in his crimes against young children. Forget about the superstar, forget about the icon. If he was any other 35-year-old man who was sleeping with little boys, you wouldn't like this guy."

People such as famed music producer, Quincy Jones, warned Jackson to stop the practice because it looks questionable. However, Jackson refused to listen. Jackson placed himself in a situation to be called a pedophile, as his persistent behavior regarding sleeping with young boys was abnormal and suspicious.

In 1993 Jackson was accused of molesting 13-year-old boy Jordan "Jordy" Chandler. Los Angeles police opened a criminal investigation into Jackson, due to the Chandler abuse allegations having hit the press, with the singer being branded a pedophile. Jackson's home was raided by the Los Angeles Police Department.

Police took photos of Jackson's naked body, as the singer cried during the prearranged meeting. Two men who worked on the case (consultant Bill Dworin and Dr. Richard Strick) state Jordan Chandler accurately described Jackson's penis to police in what matched photographs they later took.

District attorney Tom Sneddon stated, "The photographs reveal a mark on the right side of Defendant's penis at about the same relative location as the dark blemish located by Jordan Chandler on his drawing of Defendant's erect penis. Chandler's graphic representation of the discolored area on Defendant's penis is substantially corroborated by the photographs."

In 1993 Chandler's parents filed a civil lawsuit against Jackson alleging he sexually abused their son. Jackson used his and Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, to illegally wiretap the family. When things reached a crucial point, Jackson settled the lawsuit for $23,000,000. The criminal investigation was subsequently closed, which is the outcome the Jackson legal team sought.

However, in 2003 Jackson was raided again and indicted on charges he gave children wine to make them drunk in order to sexually abuse them, after the documentary "Living With Michael Jackson" aired. The documentary that was supposed to make Jackson look good, did the very opposite.

The raid turned up child porn (2003 Police File In Michael Jackson Arrest Unsealed Revealing He Collected Child Porn And Photos Of Little Kids Being Tortured). Only a pedophile would be in possession of child porn. Jackson was arrested and prosecuted for child molestation.

During the case, Jackson's former maid, Blanca Francia stated she saw Jackson taking a shower with underage boy, Robson. However, Robson denied the claim at the time (years later, he states Jackson molested him). Jackson was found not guilty when former accuser, Jordan Chandler, whom he had paid $23,000,000 in a legal settlement, refused to testify and fled the country during the criminal case.

4 Mar, 2019 4:08pm - A new documentary has alleged that Michael Jackson "married" one of the boys he is accused of raping in a ceremony held in the King of Pop's bedroom. James Safechuck told HBO documentary-makers in Leaving Neverland that he was just 10 years old when he and Jackson, then 30, held a mock ceremony, the Daily Mail reported.

"I was really into jewellery at that time and he would reward me with jewellery for doing sexual acts to him," Safechuck explained in a preview for the documentary. "He would say that I need to sell him some so I could earn the gift." At the time, Safechuck had known the pop star for a year after meeting in 1987 on the set of a Pepsi commercial.
