Tiger Woods Ex-Girlfriend Files Exploitative Lawsuit Against Him For $30 Million And Access To His House

March 9. 2023

Tiger Woods and Erica Herman

Award winning golfer, Tiger Woods, 47, is one of the richest athletes in the world. Woods' wealth has attracted a number of gold diggers. The most recent lawsuit filed against him lends the impression he has attracted another one.

Woods has dated 39-year-old Erica Herman for 6-years. The couple recently broke up and money seeking Herman has filed a lawsuit in Florida to nullify the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) she signed with Woods. She is citing sexual harassment, which I don't believe. She was with him for years, and now all of a sudden they break-up and she's claiming he sexually harassed her, which seems rather convenient to use in court.

Herman is using a loophole to void the NDA, known as the Speak Out Act, which bars, "The judicial enforceability of a nondisclosure clause or nondisparagement clause agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment in violation of federal, tribal, or state law."

Erica Herman and Tiger Woods

To make a long story short, Herman is demanding $30,000,000 and the use of Woods' massive mansion in Jupiter, Florida. Woods placed the mansion under the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Trust and Herman has sued it for allegedly violating the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act.

Woods' agents allegedly told her to pack for a short vacation and when she arrived at the airport, they informed her she was locked out of his home. She is also accusing Woods of misappropriating $40,000 of her cash. I should point out, Woods has several hundred million dollars.

Herman's lawsuit is disgraceful. They weren't even married. They have no children together. Yet she wants $30,000,000 and the use of his $100,000,000 mansion. That is greedy. It gives the impression she didn't love him and the relationship was about money.

March 8, 2023 - Following Tiger Woods and Erica Herman’s breakup, the professional athlete is being sued by his former partner for allegedly kicking her out of their shared home, Us Weekly can confirm. According to court documents obtained by Us, Herman, 39, has sued Woods, 47, and his Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust for violating Florida’s Residential Landlord Tenant Act. Her lawsuit was initially filed in October 2022.

Herman, who began dating the golfer in 2017, noted in the court filing that she has lived at Woods’ residence since he purchased the Florida property and “performed valuable services at the request of [Tiger’s] agents,” which was part of an “oral tenancy agreement” that allowed her to live there. Herman further alleged that Woods had engaged in premeditated “prohibited practices” to get her to leave the mansion upon their recent split...

Tiger Woods and Erica Herman’s Split Revealed as She Files Court Documents to Nullify NDA Citing Sexual Harassment

Wed, March 8, 2023 at 6:52 AM EST·4 min read - Tiger Woods and Erica Herman may have quietly called it quits, but their split is seemingly about to get messy. Us Weekly obtained court documents on Wednesday, March 8, filed by Herman in an attempt to nullify the non-disclosure agreement that Woods had her sign when they started dating in 2017.

“Because of the aggressive use of the Woods NDA against her by the Defendant and the trust under his control, the Plaintiff is unsure whether she may disclose, among other things, facts giving rise to various legal claims she believes she has,” the docs read. “She is also currently unsure what other information about her own life she may discuss or with whom. There is therefore an active dispute between the Plaintiff and the Defendant for which the Plaintiff needs a clarifying declaration from the court.”...
