Underage Teenage Girl That Referred To Murder As Enjoyable And Amazing Sentenced To Life In Prison For Killing 9-Year-Old February 9. 2012
Alyssa Bustamante, who strangled 9-year-old neighbor, Elizabeth Olten to death, when she was 15-years of age, has been sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole for the murder. In an internet post on a social networking site, Bustamante disturbingly referred to murder as "pretty enjoyable" and "ahmazing." Her words indicate she has serious mental problems and is a danger to society. She needs extensive treatment. It is going to take a miracle to change her. During sentencing this week, 18-year-old Bustamante stated, "If I could give my life to bring her back, I would. I just want to say I'm sorry for what happened. I'm so sorry." Let's hope her words were sincere. |
