The U.S. economy continues in
freefall due to the coronavirus pandemic and
president Joe Biden's handling of the associated
financial matters. Over 8,000,000 homes are in
foreclosure this month, which is a disastrously high
figure that represents millions of Americans in
households that have been financially decimated by
the coronavirus pandemic.
Bloomberg News reported
homeownership in America had reached a record high
in 2020 under former U.S. president, Donald Trump.
However, as can clearly be seen, the coronavirus
pandemic and a lack of proper intervention in the
economy by the Biden administration, has decimated
this figure in 2021. Bloomberg News stated America
has become a nation of renters. At the end of the
day, homeownership is always better than renting.
The homelessness rate in America has
shot up, increasing by 500,000 people, due to the
coronavirus pandemic. Charities are in need of funds
to help struggling families, who've lost so much due
to the pandemic. People have not received enough
financial help from the government.
The news television program "CBS
Overnight News" filed a report yesterday revealing
the U.S. jobless rate last week consisted of 412,000
new people filing for unemployment. The television
show also revealed there are "worker shortages" and
"skyrocketing costs" in the restaurant industry.
There are also food items that are
"constantly out of stock." This is driving up food
prices in stores and restaurants across America. The
show also stated there is a record high of 48% of
small businesses with "unfilled job openings" in
May. I'm of the belief many Americans are scared to
work in restaurant jobs at this time, due to higher
rates of exposure to the coronavirus, while being in
contact with so many customers each day (who have to
remove their masks to eat).
As seen in many cases, fully
vaccinated people are still contracting coronavirus.
Some fully vaccinated people have even died from it
