U.S. Law Enforcement Has Been
Seizing The Cash And Property Of People In Violation
Of The Fifth Amendment
September 3. 2021
FBI Director Christopher Wray
Remember the articles I wrote about
the FBI essentially stealing over $80,000,000 in
cash, gold coins and jewelry from people with safety
deposit boxes in Beverly Hills, without any just
cause (Judge Issues Restraining Order
Blocking The FBI From Stealing The Cash, Jewelry And Gold They Illegally
Seized At A Beverly Hills Safety Deposit Box Business and FBI Agents Steal
Rare Gold Coins In Brazen Defiance Of Judge's Search Warrant).
I also wrote about a few (of many
other) thefts by the FBI and DOJ (Former FBI Directors Robert Mueller And James Comey Criminally
Defrauded Florida Submarine Company Out Of Billions Of Dollars In
Copyrights And Patents To Benefit Former Employer Lockheed Martin
Then Stonewalled Congress Regarding It and
The FBI Is Stonewalling Congress On Releasing FBI File In Madonna
Human Rights Abuse Case (Congressional Documents)).
The case became a scandal that hit
the mainstream press and national television, with
outlets slamming the Feds, which resulted in judges
ruling against the FBI and DOJ in court. The FBI and
DOJ now state they will return the cash, gold coins
and jewelry they essentially stole from the public.
Stephen Lara
Well, another case has surfaced and
it is one of many. A U.S. marine, Stephen Lara, was
pulled over in Nevada during a traffic stop, for
allegedly following a tanker truck too closely.
Police searched his vehicle and found no drugs or
illegal weapons. However, Lara did disclose to them
that he had a significant amount of cash in his car,
as he was traveling to Northern California to buy a
house, to be near to his daughters in the region.
Police then unlawfully seized the
$87,000 in his vehicle. The Washington Post
reported, "As he stood on the side of the road,
police searched the vehicle, pulling nearly $87,000
in a zip-top bag from Lara’s trunk and insisting a
drug-sniffing dog had detected something on the
cash."
Considering published reports
revealed many bills (currency) in America contain
traces of illegal drugs on them, such as cocaine, a
dog smelling drugs on money can be disputed in
court, especially when subsequent searches turn up
no evidence thereof.
The Washington Post contacted the
DEA and DOJ to inquire why they seized and are
holding on to Lara's $87,000 in cash. Both agencies
declined to comment. However, once the Washington
Post published their story and it drew unfavorable
coverage for the Feds, they agreed to return Lara's
$87,000.
The Washington Post reported, "It
was only after Lara got a lawyer, sued and talked
with The Washington Post about his ordeal that the
government said it would return his money. Asked for
comment on this story on Tuesday, spokespeople for
the Justice Department, DEA and Nevada Highway
Patrol all declined to comment. But on Wednesday,
after this story first published, DEA spokeswoman
Anne Edgecomb said the agency had made a decision to
return Lara’s money and the government vowed a
broader review."
The U.S. government is openly
violating the Fifth Amendment which states no person
shall "be deprived of life, liberty, or property,
without due process of law; nor shall private
property be taken for public use, without just
compensation."
They have become a government of
thieves. They are stealing people's money, jewelry,
gold coins, homes, cars and intellectual property
like a bunch of criminals on a crime spree. It is an
arrogant, unlawful, ugly, unconstitutional property
and power grab that is going to bring the country to
the lowest ebb it has ever been.
This is all due to the villainy of
select greedy, wickedness and reprehensible
government officials setting this horrible tone of
theft and lawlessness. It has become a national and
international embarrassment, covered in outlets
around the world. This misconduct is also being
discussed by world governments.
The U.S. government officials who
set this thieving, despicable, degenerate agenda
need to be locked away for the rest of their lives,
as the ensuing damage their corrupt decisions will
cause to befall the economy and America's name in
the world will be irreparable. STOP STEALING
PEOPLE'S THINGS.

in February — without alleging any crimes. (Provided

Today at 10:30 a.m. EDT - The Nevada
trooper first told Stephen Lara the highway patrol
was educating drivers “about violations they may not
realize they’re committing,” and that he’d been
pulled over for following a tanker truck a bit too
closely. After some small talk, the trooper admitted
an ulterior purpose: stopping the smuggling of
illegal drugs, weapons and currency as they crossed
the state.
Lara — a former Marine who says he
was on his way to visit his daughters in Northern
California — insisted he was doing none of those
things, though he readily admitted he had “a lot” of
cash in his car. As he stood on the side of the
road, police searched the vehicle, pulling nearly
$87,000 in a zip-top bag from Lara’s trunk and
insisting a drug-sniffing dog had detected something
on the cash.
Police found no drugs, and Lara, 39,
was charged with no crimes. But police nonetheless
left with his money, calling a Drug Enforcement
Administration agent to coordinate a process known
as “adoption,” which allows federal authorities to
seize cash or property they suspect is connected to
criminal activity without levying criminal charges.
“I left there confused. I left there
angry,” Lara said in an interview with The
Washington Post. “And I could not believe that I had
just been literally robbed on the side of the road
by people with badges and guns.”...
