'Watch Me Whip (Nae Nae)' Singer Arrested For Shooting His Cousin To Death

23-year-old rapper, Silento, famous for the hit song and dance "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" has been arrested on murder charges. Silento, real name Ricky Lamar Hawk, has been arrested on charges he killed his 34-year-old cousin, Frederick Rooks.

Silento is accused of shooting his cousin to death in Panthersville, Georgia. The victim was found dead in the middle of the street. Silento's publicist, Chanel Hudson, is blaming the murder on the star being mentally ill.

Hudson stated of Silento, "Over the past several years, Ricky has been suffering immensely from a series of mental health illnesses. We will continue in his efforts of treatment, but we ask in the meantime the public uplift him and his family in immediate prayer."

Hudson's statement reads as an admission of guilt that Silento did indeed killing his cousin. It gives the impression he is mulling an insanity plea in the case. However, if he is deemed mentally fit, his publicist's statements will go against him.
